The International Dairy Deli Bakery Association™ (IDDBA) announced its 2017-18 Officers and Board of Directors at the Annual Business Meeting, held recently in Rosemont, IL. The organization announced that Erik Waterkotte, Sr. Director of Sales, Columbus Craft Meats, is assuming the role of Chairman of the Board. Previous Chair Jewel Hunt, Group Vice President Bakery, Albertsons Companies, will continue to serve on the Board of Directors in the capacity of Past Chairman.
According to a press release, Waterkotte has served on the Board of Directors since 2010 and has been involved in many of the association’s committees.
