IDDBA Releases Latest What's In Store

The long-awaited 2017 What’s in Store from the International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association™ (IDDBA), is here, and it’s filled to the brim with information designed to keep you in the loop with the latest in trends that are shaping the industry. What’s in Store 2017 is a collection of over 150 downloadable graphs, tables, and white papers, holding essential dairy, deli, supermarket, foodservice, bakery, and cheese resources and data.

IDDBA's What In Store 2017

What’s in Store 2017 aims to help IDDBA’s members understand how retail and manufacturer strategies continue to transition to best-in-class, shopper-centric food and merchandising solutions, exclusive expert interviews, 3rd party sourced content, infographics, and key insights with insightful commentary on trends are all donned within these pages, according to a press release by the Association, each being divided by the following five themes:

  • The Economy & Retail Trends
  • Channels and Competition
  • Consumer Lifestyles
  • Eating Trends
  • Technology and Marketing

The report also divides itself into four different product chapters, making it easy for each different segment of our industry find their respective specialties. These categories are: 

  • Bakery

  • Deli/Retail Foodservice

IDDBA's What In Store 2017

The purchase price of What’s in Store 2017 is $99 for members and $399 for nonmembers, the Association says. Each purchase is accompanied by a hardcopy of the book, tables, and sources, as well as access to the What's in Store Online service. Online users will find over 150 downloadable tables and graphs, white papers, and all sources.
