Just under two months since the Specialty Food Association (SFA) named Philip M. Kafarakis as its newest President, the man at the helm of one the biggest forces in the food industry has taken to video to address what strategies he’ll be taking during his tenure. “There is so much more in our future as we develop creative ways to be your go-to source,” Kafarakis told the industry in his video statement. “I want all of us to enjoy a future where we’re stronger and more relevant to consumers than ever before.”

Established in 1952 in New York, the not-for-profit trade association provides its over 3,200 members in the U.S. and abroad the tools, knowledge, and connections to champion and nurture their companies in an always-evolving marketplace.
