Do you have your calendar marked for June 4–6? If not already, then you definitely should, as The Ambriola Company is among the many beloved brands taking to the International Dairy Deli Bakery Association’s (IDDBA) annual trade show. Headlining the supplier’s showcase at this exciting event are the four newest additions to the supplier’s portfolio: Auricchio Crema ai Quattro Formaggi, Ambriola Crema di Brie, Crema di Spicy Cheddar, and Crema di Greek Feta DOP.
“We are proud to announce the arrival of four new crema, which just docked two weeks ago,” shared John C. Dammacco, Ambriola’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “As with all our crema products, where applicable, the DOP assures the consumers that they are buying the real deal. Our crema are produced from the original cheese called out on the label—it’s always the first ingredient—not made to taste like that cheese.”
The new offerings are available in 12-packs of 5.29 oz packages, with foodservice sizes on the horizon. With top quality and unique flavor profiles, these cremas are the key to culinary masterpieces for both home and professional chefs.
“The pandemic created some great home chefs and made the great ones better,” John commented. “Our all-natural crema are an open palette for the professional and home chef, with their imaginations being the limit. Our Crema will boost any pasta, mac and cheese, risotto, scalloped potatoes, burgers, omelets, and beyond to new culinary heights.”
