There are some brands that speak for themselves. Such is the case with Appenzeller®, which brings to market high-quality cheeses from Switzerland. As the date for Summer Fancy Food Show (SFFS) approaches, I reached out to the Swiss brand to learn about its product showcase for the event.

Rudolf explained to me that Appenzeller cheese is a 100 percent natural product. It is made with raw milk from grass-fed cows, and is lactose- and gluten-free with no preservatives, flavor enhancers, or colorings. The cheese is also non-GMO.

At the show itself, the Appenzeller brand will show off its main cheese varieties, such as its White Label, Silver Label, Gold Label, and Black Label.
