Mayer was previously Senior Vice President of Procurement. In his new role, a press release explained, Mayer will oversee global operations and strengthen Baldor’s infrastructure for growth. He will drive innovation in warehouse management, supply chain activities, and new business venture. His expertise is a key contributor to Baldor’s growth, as Mayer has already spent 17 years with the company.

Walker was previously Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and has a history of driving several successful programs at Baldor, most notably the company’s successful pivot to a home-delivery model during the pandemic, as well as driving a number of their digitization efforts and growth in the retail channel.

In his new role, Walker will be assigned the task of restructuring Baldor’s merchandising team to further align the company’s sales and product strategies.

Benjamin Walker, Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising, Baldor Specialty Foods“As the foodservice industry continues to rebound, we are finding our customers want to deepen their relationship with us and purchase more of our product portfolio.
