From the history and culture to the food, everything about the country is fantastic, and Belle Chevre is sharing a taste of the islands with consumers Stateside. With the 2024 Winter Fancy Food Show (WFFS) just a month away, the cheesemaker is preparing to unveil its Greek Kiss offering.

Greek Kiss is a fresh chèvre wrapped in brined grape leaves and has already earned acclaim for its quality and flavor. The variety secured a silver award at the 2022–2023 World Cheese Awards, adding to Belle Chevre’s trophy case.
“The 4 oz fresh chèvre discs are artfully enveloped in tender, brined grape leaves, which infuse the tangy cheese with subtle notes of lemon and sea salt,” adds Pierre. “Together, the contrast of the cream-colored goat cheese and green of the grape leaves create an eye-catching addition to the cheese case and consumers’ charcuterie boards.”
Each package is vacuum sealed to ensure optimal freshness and features a beautiful label that channels the artistic influence of traditional ancient Greek sculptures.
In addition to its Greek Kiss offering, attendees of WFFS will get the opportunity to discover Belle Chevre’s range of diverse products, including its “log in a cup” spreadable goat cheeses. Its sister brand, CHEVOO, will also display all five flavors of double-infused marinated goat cheese.
