Beyond Meat® is flexing its might in the chicken sector as it recently launched its new, awarding-winning Beyond Chicken® Tenders. The plant-based giant released its latest product at select restaurants nationwide.

Crafted to look, cook, and taste like traditional chicken tenders, the plant-based Beyond Chicken Tenders are breaded for a crispy outside and tender bite. According to the release, consumer demand for chicken remains high, causing a shortage in the nation. With Beyond Chicken Tenders, the company aims to meet those protein demands with a delicious and nutritious option without sacrificing taste and texture of traditional chicken tenders.

Like all Beyond Meat products, Beyond Chicken Tenders are made from simple, plant-based ingredients like faba beans and peas. With 14g of protein per serving, the product is an excellent source of protein and has 40 percent less saturated fat than the leading foodservice chicken tender. Beyond Chicken Tenders are also made with no GMOs, antibiotics, or hormones, and have no cholesterol.

This new product marks the latest chapter in Beyond Meat’s product innovation story, building on the success of its first breakthrough plant-based chicken product in 2012. The time and dedication Beyond Meat has spent in perfecting its product is shown through its recent achievement; the National Restaurant Association recently awarded Beyond Chicken Tenders the prestigious 2021 Food and Beverage (FABI) Award, making it Beyond Meat’s fifth straight FABI win.
