Blue Apron Collaborates With James Beard Award-Winning Chef for Latest Launch; John Adler and Dan Pashman Comment

Blue Apron continues to collaborate with chef partners, most recently working along James Beard award-winning chef Dan Pashman. Through this collaboration, the meal kit company is now offering a new “Pasta Pizza” meal kit inspired by a recipe in Pashman’s upcoming cookbook, Anything’s Pastable!

According to a press release, the meal kit includes the following:

  • A Detroit-style pizza and lasagna that packs a hint of sweet heat with its toppings of sopressa and hot honey
  • Ingredients to toss together a not-so-standard butter lettuce salad, complete with creamy pickled peppadew dressing, tomatoes, cucumber, and crispy onions

Available to order by April 2, Blue Apron’s Pasta Pizza recipe celebrates Chef Pashman’s revolutionary culinary creativity by combining two of everyone’s favorite things in an unexpected way.
