Made from the nectar of coconut palm blossoms, it joins their lineup of five single origin sugars: Panela Cane Sugar from Colombia, Jaggery Brown Sugar from India, Golden Crystal Turbinado Sugar from Barbados, and Wood-Fired Maple Sugar from Vermont.
