Campbell’s Foodservice has announced the development of its series of educational and inspirational videos, Behind Our Lines. The collection of eight videos introduces professional chefs from Campbell’s culinary team and showcases the versatility of frozen soup with different ways to serve the same product and suggestions for every season.
“Having been an operator, I understand how important it is to keep your menu fresh throughout the year and get the most out of each ingredient,” said Campbell’s Foodservice Executive Chef Gerald Drummond. “Our hope with these videos is that our customers can find new solutions to the challenges they face in the front and back of the house as they try to differentiate themselves without sacrificing their bottom line.”
According to the company’s press release, Director of Marketing, U.S., Melissa Price is optimistic about the partnership with operators.
“As the category leader, we know our partnership with operators consists of providing the highest-quality products as well as best-in-class resources and support,” expressed Price. “We keep tabs on how the industry and guests’ preferences are evolving, and we’re here to help with menu planning, maximizing labor, and minimizing food waste.”
By covering operational support, culinary support, and real food stories, Behind Our Lines will be continually updated with additional tips, focusing on specific segments and various items in the Campbell’s Foodservice portfolio. As stated in the press release, the culinary team will be sharing stories about the creation of these products and how each ingredient earns its place in the recipes as well.
