The number one tip she suggests is giving consumers ways to use the products. “We’re in full holiday mode here in Wisconsin. The Christmas music is already playing (too soon?!). Our cheesemakers have also recently made our seasonal batch of Winter Solstice Cheddar, which will be released at the beginning of December,” says Elle. “Our seasonal Cheddar program is a fun way to feature the seasonality of the milk throughout the year and is made in traditional 23 lb daisy wheels.”
