As we rapidly approach fall and back-to-school shopping, convenience remains paramount for consumers, young and experienced, alike. Clio Snacks, a unique brand offering Greek yogurt bars wrapped in dark chocolate, has several flavors for shoppers to choose from.
“Clio has disrupted the refrigerated bar and yogurt categories by bringing in new consumers for an indulgent snack or dessert occasion,” Rachel Moore, Vice President of Marketing, shared with me. “People try Clio because of its functional attributes, including protein, probiotics, and overall convenience, but come back again and again because of the crazy delicious, crave-able taste experience. This strong value proposition has resulted in 90-plus percent year-over-year growth in sales and incremental category growth for our retailer partners.”
Strawberry, Blueberry, Coconut, Vanilla, Peanut Butter, Honey, and Espresso, hit just about any flavor profile while still coming in at 160 calories or less with 8g of protein.
Keeping itself on the windy side of innovation, Clio recently launched Less Sugar Yogurt Bars in Peach and Mixed Berry at 100 calories, 1g of sugar, and 8g of protein.
Clio Snacks are already available at in the refrigerated aisle at national stores like Target, Walmart, Costco, Whole Foods, and more, with growth seeming to be right on the horizon.
