Conagra Brands celebrated its 100-year anniversary this month, during which it highlighted its commitment to embracing change. Throughout September, the company will be celebrating its portfolio of iconic and emerging food brands while encouraging employees to give back to the communities in which they live and work.

To honor its rich heritage of community investment, Conagra is launching a "100 Years, 100 Actions" campaign for the month of September, according to a press release. The campaign, which focuses on taking actions of any size that make a positive impact, encourages employees to give back to others in large and small ways, creating a ripple effect of kindness. For those participating, they’ll be posting their experiences to social media using #Conagra100.
