After two years away, the return of the International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA) event is one the industry is not prepared to miss. The IDDBA show brings together a host of innovators from across the globe, all eager to reconnect and grow the future of their businesses. As I prepare to take to the skies before June 5, I turned to those companies who will be in attendance.
Roseanne Crave, Marketing and Sales Manager for Crave Brothers Farmstead Cheese, lets me know what the company is looking forward to highlighting.
“At IDDBA, we will be showcasing our award-winning fresh mozzarella variety, which just won first place at the World Championship Cheese Contest, as well as our mascarpone and chocolate mascarpone cheeses,” Roseanne shared with me. “Our key message at the show will focus on our sustainability story, family, farmstead, and the award-winning cheeses that are distributed nationally.”
As it looks forward to the show, the company is especially excited to have buyers’ eyes on its line of versatile products.
“We produce items that can easily be utilized in delis and bakeries, so we have a wide array of an audience that we can reach. We are always looking to speak to our current customers and new customers to build our brand and consumer base,” Roseanne noted.
As these plans to expand increase, Crave Brothers is committed to quality—which ties in strongly to its sustainability initiatives and family ties.
“Family and community will only strengthen as we transition into the next generation of family members and leaders over the next few years,” Roseanne added.
