With 2019 in the rearview mirror, the cheese masters from Lotito Foods at the Norseland booth are taking on the new year with gusto and innovation. Since Winter Fancy Food Show (WFFS) is just around the corner, I had to ask our friends at the cheese-making company what new and popular products and program highlights I get to look forward to when I hit the food hall in San Francisco, California. Valerie Liu, Marketing Manager of Norseland, gave me the inside scoop on what’s on the table this year at Winter Fancy Food Show 2020.
