Dr. Schär USA's lineup of Artisan Baker Breads has gained a key distinction, attracting more consumers and elevating its brand at the retail level. The bakery name recently announced it has received Kosher certification under the Orthodox Union (OU) for its gluten-free Artisan Baker Breads.

The OU Kosher symbol will grace all Schär Artisan Baker White, Multigrain, and 10 Grains and Seeds sliced breads, communicating a key value to consumers looking for high-quality food standard assurance. According to a press release, the Orthodox Union is one of the world's largest international kosher certification agencies. The agency has certified over 1,000,000 products produced in more than 13,000 plants located in 105 countries around the world.
