The judges for the 2023 Specialty Food Association’s (SFA) sofi™ Awards have spoken, and Epicure Foods Corporation has been named a winner. The brand’s Trésors French Butter Crackers with Roquefort & Honey has earned the New Product Award in the Crackers & Crispbreads category, boosting its standing in the $175 billion specialty food industry.
Since 1972, the sofi awards have honored products that stand out for their quality, taste, flavor, appearance, innovation, and more. According to a release, nearly 2,000 products were entered from domestic and international makers in the 2023 competition, with a New Product Winner and a Gold Product Winner selected for each of the 53 specialty food and beverage categories.
French Butter Crackers with Roquefort & Honey offer a tasty and gourmet snack, and every cracker is baked in France. They are crafted with traditional know-how, using the famous French Roquefort PDO blue cheese and a hint of honey to sublimate the taste; 30 percent real Roquefort is incorporated in the recipe.
Trésors French Butter Crackers with Roquefort & Honey will now compete against other category winners for the 2023 sofi New Product of the Year Award, which will be selected and announced at the Summer Fancy Food Show, June 25–27 in New York City.
