Ferrero recently teamed up with Chiquita to spread some sweetness to all consumers as the dynamic duo rolled out a new campaign. For a limited time and while supplies last, select Nutella® jar lids will showcase a mouthwatering Chiquita banana bread recipe that shoppers will be eager to get their hands on.

To help with this endeavor, Chiquita has strategically implementing co-branded secondary displays to cross-merchandise the products in different areas of the grocery store.

And with social media playing a key role across the supply chain, the two brands have joined forces online as well. Throughout the month of April, Chiquita and Nutella are encouraging fans to show how they pair the brand’s bright yellow bananas with Nutella by using #ChiquitaLovesNutella on social media.

The partnership will create a plethora of cross-merchandising opportunities across retail, made easier by co-branded secondary displays

According to the release, engaging step-by-step video tutorials showing how to master all-new recipes will also be shared across Chiquita’s social channels.
