Forever Cheese has forged an exciting new partnership, establishing itself as the master distributor of Lady Edison’s award-winning Extra Fancy Country Ham.

Through its partnership with the North Carolina-based artisan country ham provider, Forever Cheese is making a coveted offering available to distributors, restaurants, and retailers nationwide.
As a press release detailed, Lady Edison’s premier dry-cured ham aims to bring back traditionally-made North Carolina country ham, starting with heritage breed pigs that come from a co-op of small farms in the state. Aged for 18 to 24 months in a series of aging rooms that reflect the natural fluctuations in temperature and humidity throughout the year, the ham features a characteristic umami funk and succulent texture.
