Frick’s Quality Meats Announces Website Redesign and Facility Expansion; Ellory Frick Details

WASHINGTON, MO
Wednesday, December 22nd, 2021

In this age of technology, having an online presence will not only boost your visibility but allow future customers to explore your capabilities. And after 125 years in the business, Frick’s Quality Meats knows a thing or two about how to maintain customer relationships. The artisan smoked ham purveyor is celebrating its 125th anniversary this month with big changes to its website and even bigger changes to its Washington, Missouri, facility with a 22,000-square-foot expansion.

Ellory Frick, Director of Marketing, Frick's Quality Meats“We started the redesign with two goals in mind: improve website functionality and provide accessible education for meat consumers,” commented Ellory Frick, the Director of Marketing at Frick’s. “Users should find our site easier to navigate and more helpful to them.”

Frick’s website boasts a whole new look following a redesign which enhanced the user experience and made the information consumers want most more accessible. Fans of Frick’s products or those looking to try the products can now search for store locations by zip code, browse and filter a full product catalog from a single page, and educate themselves on what to look for when buying smoked meats and how to best prepare them.

According to the release, consumers will soon see more products in stores too thanks to a facility expansion. The expansion of Frick’s existing 148,000-square-foot facility will increase the size of its raw meat preparation area and improve overall capacity by up to 22 percent with the addition of two smokehouses.

Construction is underway and expected to be completed in February 2022. This expansion will help Frick’s better meet the high demand for its products and follows a 28,320-square-foot extension of its ready-to-eat packaging area and cooler space completed in 2018.
