I have long been a fan of the uniquely pink coconut water from Harmless Harvest, so I was absolutely overjoyed to learn that the company’s new line of dairy-free coconut yogurt was hitting shelves. Launched in January 2020, the plain, strawberry, vanilla, and blueberry yogurt varieties are amping up the fanfare surrounding the Harmless Harvest brand, and I can certainly see why.
“Harmless Harvest’s dairy-free yogurt alternative is made with organic ingredients and without any gums,” said Allie O’Brien, Director of Marketing. “We hand scoop the meat from the same young Thai coconuts we get our coconut water from and puree until smooth, then add the cultures to create a delicious tasting yogurt with a dairy-like texture. We take great pride in knowing our plant-based yogurt tastes delicious.”
It seems consumers mirror that claim as well, with shoppers consistently commenting on how glad they are to have found Harmless Harvest’s dairy-free yogurt. According to Allie, consumers often note how much they love the taste, texture, and ingredients. With the feedback box flooded by positivity, these SKUs are flying off of the shelves as Harmless Harvest continues to add new retail partners to its network.
And, with additional products in the pipeline, that list of partners is poised to keep growing.
“There’s exciting stuff coming in the months to come, and we can’t wait to share more coconut deliciousness with the world!” Allie told me. “We will continue to create new SKUs that use more of the plant’s meat and water so we can limit our waste and utilize as much of the coconut as possible. Our latest product, the organic coconut smoothie, just launched in two new flavors: mango and chocolate.”
