As suppliers gear up for the Specialty Food Association’s 2023 Winter Fancy Food Show, This Little Goat is gearing up to spotlight its globally influenced line of sauces, spices, and crunches with a special highlight on its recently launched line of Chili Crunches.
“We love being able to share the flavors of This Little Goat in person and can’t wait to make new friends, as well as catch up with familiar faces, at the Winter Fancy Food Show,” commented Founder Stephanie Izard.
This Little Goat’s portfolio includes an array of offerings inspired by different regions and cuisines from around the world. Consumers can utilize the cooking sauces and spices to enhance proteins or dips; harness the Everything Crunch-y toppings to complement salads, noodles, wraps, and more; or use Chili Crunches to add heat and texture to nearly any food product.
“I am very excited for the next stage of growth for This Little Goat,” said newly appointed Chief Executive Officer Greg Biggers. “We have turned the corner from a small startup to a nationally recognized, quickly-growing brand, and I am proud to help drive our portfolio of products into new stores and homes across the country.”
As explained in a press release, the supplier had a very successful 2022, with an over 60 percent increase in sales across all channels. In addition, the brand has celebrated a large national expansion and has nearly doubled its dollar sales in the natural channel.
You can catch a closer glimpse of this rising brand in Las Vegas, Nevada, from January 15–17 during the event. Attendees will even have the chance to chat with Izard, who will be on-site at booth #2850 on January 16.
