Wednesday, March 31st, 2021

The plant-based sector just got a whole lot sweeter. A new cookie—and a new brand—has arrived on the scene, as Mmmly has formally announced the launch of its company and the debut of its reimagined, plant-based cookies.

Nicholas Naclerio, Founder, Mmmly"I'm excited to share the foods you love that can now be enjoyed throughout the day," said Founder Nicholas Naclerio. "Mmmly's redefining the sugary cookie category by creating functional and purposeful treats that are lower in sugar and includes a prebiotic fiber that provides gut health and fuel for your brain."

Mmmly is releasing its first collection of these delicious, better-for-you cookies in four different flavors: Banana Chocolate Chip, Blueberry Shortbread, Dark Chocolate Chip, and Sweet Almond.

These inviting new plant-based cookies only feature clean and innovative ingredients, such as root vegetables, fruits, and healthy fats. Each of these ingredients was carefully selected to allow the brand to deliver a unique cookie that isn't comprised of nutritionally useless ingredients, according to a press release.

Mmmly has formally announced the launch of its company and the debut of its reimagined, plant-based cookiesThe Mmmly brand is the product of Founder and Michelin-Star trained Chef Nick Naclerio's own struggle with sugary, processed products, which eventually led to an unhealthy relationship with food and the later realization that taking care of yourself begins with what you allow into your body, the release noted. Naclerio channeled this experience into the development of this delicious and purposeful "super cookie."

Containing only 2 g of added sugar, 4 g net carbs, and 5-6 g of prebiotic fiber to boost gut health, these cookies are a guilt-free indulgence for anyone looking to enjoy a sweet treat without compromising their health.

Mmmly's cookies are now available in full-size boxes or in sample packs online.
