MYBREAD® Gluten Free Bakery is introducing a delightful new offering to the bakery aisle, bringing gluten-sensitive shoppers a mouthwatering opportunity to revamp their at-home menus. The supplier recently announced it has rolled out its Original Flatbread Pitas, which will be available at select Walmart stores across California, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, and Wisconsin.

The mouthwatering, gluten-free pitas can be used to make a variety of dishes, including crispy pizzas, fluffy wraps, and naan bread substitutions, and also complement soups, salads, and dips perfectly. In addition to being gluten-free, the pita is vegan and free from dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy, according to a press release.
The MYBREAD brand was born when Dan Gallagher was diagnosed with Celiac disease as a teenager, as well as his mother and his sister. As the family struggled to find gluten-free bread that was not dry or bland, Gallagher began to pursue a new passion by baking his own gluten-free bread at home, resulting in the high-quality, great-tasting breads that comprise the brand’s lineup today.
