A new lineup of chef-quality, small-batch condiments is shaking up the specialty space with a recent launch from The People’s Provisions. Continuing to provide premium pantry staples with West Coast flair, the brand has introduced four new flavors to its roster.

The newly launched SKUs include:

• Rustic Ketchup - A thick blend of peak-season tomatoes, umami-rich aromatics, and traditional spices
• Rustic Mustard - A bright, creamy, and golden dijon base accented by spicy, hearty, whole-grainy texture
• Dill Pickle Relish - A chunky, toothsome dice with refreshing crunch, studded with sweet bell peppers
• Special Sauce - An all-purpose spread and dip, layered with flavor from buttery caramelized onions and savory Spanish paprika in a silky, egg-free aquafaba base

All products are plant-based, kosher-certified, and packaged plastic-free for optimal flavor, a press release noted.

This newly introduced collection of chef-quality condiments was a natural complement to the brand’s flagship pickle lineup.
