Evans rejoined Perdue Farms in May of 2016 after serving as CEO of Allen Harim Foods, a unit of South Korea’s Harim Corporation, since 2013. In 2011, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales and Supply Chain, where he was responsible for driving sales in the foodservice, international, and wholesale and industrial channels, in addition to leading the supply, demand, customer service, logistics, and transportation functions at the company.
According to a report from The Baltimore Sun, Staub also confirmed that Perdue CEO Randy Day would take on the additional responsibility of the prepared foods business in the interim.
