A new addition has been added to the ranks of Pine River Pre-Pack. Dave Christoff joins the team as Business Development Manager, where he will assist across operations including marketing, sales, exporting, expanding product lines, and customer/vendor compliance and relations.

Throughout his career, he has spent over a decade in the food and beverage industry and brings over seven years of experience in the dairy industry.
Most recently, Christoff was employed with Carr Valley Cheese as National Sales Manager, where he helped the team achieve significant growth. In 2023, he completed his MBA at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
“Dave brings a wealth of dairy industry experience and knowledge to our rapidly growing company,” added Ian Behm, President. “By adding Dave to the team, we will be able to focus more on strategic initiatives, such as a high-end ‘Premier’ cheese spread line and seeking out new co-manufacturing partners.”
Christoff will be attending upcoming trade shows and events with the Pine River team, and he looks forward to connecting with current and future customers.
