Savencia Cheese USA is the champion! They scored a record-breaking win, beating out 2,500 entries at the U.S. Championship Cheese Contest in Madison, Wisconsin, on March 5-7, 2019. Savencia Cheese USA was awarded four medals.

Made in Lena, Illinois, Dorothy's Comeback Cow is a soft cheese shaped of “freshly sprung flowers," as stated in the press release. This cheese is made from cow's milk with rustic, fragrant notes and is tinged orange with age. Comeback Cow retails for $8.99 and can be found in stores nationwide. It was awarded Best New Product from SOFI Awards and third place of its category at ACS Competition in Pittsburgh last year.
