With the end of January near, it’s time to check in on those newly set resolutions! With consumers still putting a heavy focus on their health and wellness goals, ShopRite is continuing to expand shoppers’ access to healthy eating resources. How, you ask? The retailer has rolled out new dietary lifestyle filters for shoppers via ShopRite.com that enable customers to shop for products and recipes based on their needs.
“We are proud to unveil new features on our website to help better serve our customers and make it easier for them to achieve their health and wellness goals,” said Natalie Menza Crowe, MS RD, Director of Marketing and Wellness at ShopRite. “Whether customers are looking to make a lifestyle change or find convenient ways to shop for their needs, our registered dietitians are a valuable resource to help them live well. We look forward to continuing to serve our communities and provide convenient, on-trend solutions and inspiration.”
ShopRite’s wellness solutions are highlighted within a unique online feature, with themes that change monthly to tie into seasons, holidays, and other trends, a recent press release explained. As nearly half of shoppers have evolved to ordering their groceries online, ShopRite is continuing to improve the shopping experience by further integrating its health and wellness programming into the digital space. With this new addition, ShopRite customers can filter items to meet their needs and preferences while placing an order online or browsing for inspiration in the Recipe Shop.
For the month of January, ShopRite helped its customers refresh their routines with a downloadable recipe book, meal inspiration, product highlights, resource guides, community events, and more.
ShopRite’s registered dietitians have provided meal inspiration suggestions and substitutes for different lifestyles to support customers on their personal wellness journeys since 2006. Dietitian coaching is available at select stores, and Well Everyday®’s virtual presence includes cooking classes, private consultations, a chat feature, and social media outreach.
