The New Zealand-based meat maven recently announced its expansion into Jewel-Osco supermarkets across the region as it introduces the brand to more shoppers.

The meat provider will be expanding its offerings of expertly selected lamb and venison medallions, with lamb medallions available in 42 Jewel stores, and venison medallions and ground venison in 188 Jewel supermarkets in the region. As noted in a press release, this new launch is part of Silver Fern Farms’ latest expansion initiative across the U.S. The supplier currently exports grass-fed beef, lamb, and venison to the U.S. from 14 processing plants across New Zealand.
Silver Fern Farms’ venison is raised on free-range pastures and processed according to international quality-assurance standards without any added hormones. While it is less common than other meat options, the offering provides a great source of protein, iron, vitamins, and minerals, with an excellent taste.
Silver Fern Farms lamb range is also raised on lush New Zealand pastures and are 100 percent grass-fed and raised with no added hormones or antibiotics before being expertly prepared to ensure a lean, consistent cut and deep, complex flavor in every bite.
