Specialty Food Association Gears Up for 48th Winter Fancy Food Show; Bill Lynch Comments

The time is nearly here—a moment to gather and engulf ourselves in the innovations and creativity currently bolstering our industry. With the Winter Fancy Food Show (WFFS) on the horizon, the Specialty Food Association (SFA) is gearing up for a highly anticipated event.

The excitement-filled showcase will take place from January 21–23, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, a press release noted. The show will welcome attendees to a variety of networking and educational events.

With the Winter Fancy Food Show on the horizon, the Specialty Food Association is gearing up for a highly anticipated event
