Specialty Food Association's Trendspotter Panel Names 2024 Trends

It doesn’t matter which sector of specialty you’re in, you’ve probably thought about consumer trends a time or two. In order to keep the industry ahead of the game, experts on the Specialty Food Association (SFA) Trendspotter Panel scouted the 68th Summer Fancy Food Show to see where specialty food is headed next.

In their report, the Panel identified the following trends: Bespoke Baking; Original, Daring, Different (ODD); Lavender; Fast & Fancy; Warmth & Comfort; Upscaling At Home; and West Asian and North African Flavors as the top emerging trends.
