Who doesn’t love writing about cheese? Add award-winning cheese to the equation and it’s bound to be a good time. Vermont Creamery is one company we’re blessed to write about, walking away from the 36th annual American Cheese Society (ACS) competition with six awards in its back pocket.
“We are honored to be recognized six times over by the American Cheese Society," said Adeline Druart, President. “These accolades reflect the overall quality of our product line across three categories and inspire us to continue making delicious dairy that tastes better because it’s made better.”
According to a press release, Bijou and classic Spreadable Goat Cheese both won first place, Cremont and Quark won second place, and Clover Blossom Honey Fresh Goat Cheese and Feta took home third place awards.
This is the sixth ACS award for Bijou since 2012, the fourth for Classic Spreadable Goat Cheese, the second for Cremont, the first for Clover Blossom Honey Fresh Goat Cheese, fourth for Quark, and fifth for Feta.
Congratulations to Vermont Creamery on these wins!
