Recently, the plant-based meat company announced the opening of its Butcher Shop in downtown Victoria, Canada, on October 6. The shop, offering brunch, lunch, dinner, bar, and bakery menus, makes it easier than ever for local residents to enjoy delicious vegan meals.

The new Butcher Shop offers a variety of specialty dishes that were created by James Davison, Chef and Co-Founder of The Very Good Butchers. An outdoor patio will accompany the new store to allow customers to enjoy a sit-down meal, along with a deli case to take away the company’s sophisticated and plant-based meats to eat at home, including its newest Butcher’s Select line, which includes the award winning MMM…Meatballs, Flippin’ Good Burger, Cajun Sausage, Bratwurst Sausage, and Breakfast Sausage.
According to the release, the restaurant menu includes meals made with Very Good’s plant-based meats, in addition to vegan fish and chips, toad in a hole, several charcuterie board styles, delicious bakery options, and a bar menu with beer and wine. All of The Very Good Butchers plant-based meats are hand-crafted and made with real, whole food ingredients like beans, grains, vegetables, and a variety of spices. The brand is dedicated to creating approachable, nutritious, and delicious plant-based meats by making food that’s “Very Good” for people, animals, and the environment.
