The world—and grocery aisles—would be a better place with more salami. At least, that is my thought, and I presume the thinking of Volpi Foods as it has unveiled its newest launch. Recently, the fourth-generation, family-owned provider announced the debut of Salami Stix, an easy-to-eat snack that gives consumers the flavors of salami in a convenient, on-the-go form.
"We are excited to introduce our newest product, Stix, to our customers," said Lorenza Pasetti, Chief Executive Officer of Volpi Foods. "Our focus has always been on providing high-quality, all-natural products that use only the best ingredients. Salami Stix is no exception."
Volpi’s new Salami Stix come in two flavors: Spicy and Original. According to a release, they are made with minimal, all-natural ingredients and contain 14 grams of protein per serving. Due to their convenient form, the snack is perfect for commuters, athletes, outdoor enthusiasts, or those packing a lunch.
On top of convenience and flavor, Volpi Foods exclusively sources from local Midwest farmers to ensure every animal comes with their signature Raised Responsibly™ standards. This involves obtaining third-party animal welfare audits so that herds can have comprehensive care from birth to humane harvesting, agricultural biodiversity, the freedom to roam and socialize naturally, and a primarily vegetarian diet.
All Volpi products refrain from using steroids, growth promotants, or gestation crates. The company’s offerings are all-natural, non-GMO, gluten-free, and made from fresh, never frozen meat. They do not contain nitrates or nitrites.
Salami Stix became available at retail locations across the United States this month. Is your store on the list? If not, reach out to a Volpi Foods representative.
