Ellison Bakery Appoints Stephanie Chattillion as New CEO

Ellison Bakery has welcomed Stephanie Chattillion as its new Chief Executive Officer. Chattillion will lead Ellison and hone in on improving business processes and employee engagement while also executing profitable growth moving forward.

With over 14 years of senior executive experience, including seven in the bakery industry, Chattillion has provided leadership to a wide range of industries and companies like Dawn Foods Products, CSM Bakery Supplies NA, and Newell Rubbermaid.

Ellison Bakery is a manufacturer of cookie and snack products

According to a press release, Blackford Capital acquired the manufacturer of cookie and snack products in January of 2017 and brought Chattillion on board in July of 2018 to lead Ellison.
