Made with only seven natural, non-GMO ingredients – wheat flour, stone ground whole wheat, oat flour, yeast, sea salt, pure cane sugar, and filtered water – I Bake Um’s lahvash flatbread is carefully crafted in the company’s custom-made brick oven, which is capable of reaching temperatures of 1,500 degrees Fahrenheit.
“These unique bricks produce the best flame-broiled flavor – the radiant heat to fully cook the core of this unique lahvash bread,” Chef Petros tells us.

I Bake Um offers several different sizes for its lahvash breads: 12 x 14 for platter trays and 6-inch wraps, 10 x 10 for individual wrapped sandwiches, and 7 x 10.
“Notice all our breads are either square or rectangle to ensure a perfectly balanced wrap every time,” Chef Petros continued.
