Jason’s Deli is eyeing growth in the millennial market, and to do so has partnered strategically with mobile commerce application Tapingo.
“A strong mobile strategy is instrumental to our on-going success,” Lee Greer, Director of Customer Analytics for Jason’s Deli, said, according to a press release. “Tapingo has built a niche in the college market with users who have grown up with, and are comfortable using, mobile technology. By providing the convenience and efficiency that college-age consumers have come to rely on, Tapingo helps us forge and maintain relationships with this key demographic.”

The goal of the partnership, according to the two companies, it to launch on-demand delivery by marrying Tapigo’s work with college campus dining and Jason’s extensive choices.

Jason’s Deli will be available for on-demand delivery with no minimum order charge to students who use Tapingo, with a flat fee of $2.99.
For the initial launch, participating colleges in the following states will be included:
Jason’s Deli menu includes customized sandwiches, as well as gluten-sensitive and vegetarian options, all of which will be included in the service.
