You may think you love bread, but do you love bread as much as Oprah? Furthermore, do you earn $12 million when you tweet about it?
Reportedly, that's how much multibillionaire Oprah Winfrey made after tweeting out her new bread-focused Weight Watchers commercial.
Eat bread. Lose weight. Whaaatttt? #ComeJoinMe https://t.co/jUgpk9ToXY https://t.co/xtnB53EwSf

"This is the joy for me. I love bread! I love bread. I now just manage it," Oprah proclaims in the video. "I have bread every day. That's the genius of this program! I have lost 26 pounds and I have eaten bread every single day.”
According to MarketWatch, Weight Watchers shares increased by more than 16 percent following the tweet, and since she owns roughly 10%, with 6 million shares, Oprah’s bank accounted got a whole lot fatter. MarketWatch estimates she gained $12 million.
"Weight Watchers has given me the tools to begin to make the lasting shift that I and so many of us who are struggling with weight have longed for," Winfrey said when she became a spokesperson for Weight Watchers last October. "I believe in the program so much, I decided to invest in the company and partner in its evolution.”
And if there were such a thing as stock for bread? You could bet that Oprah’s magic tweets would bump those shares straight up as well.
