Pretzilla Owner Brian Miller Discusses Product Offerings

Everyone knows pretzels, and may have preconceptions about their characteristics. But Miller Baking Company is looking to reimagine the category and add levity and pitch-perfect sweetness to a variety of dishes with the company’s Pretzilla-brand pretzel buns and bites.

Brian Miller, Owner, Miller Baking Company“For those of you with preconceived notions that pretzel buns tend to be heavy and dense, throw that out the window,” Brian Miller, Owner of Miller Baking Company, tells me. “Pretzilla products, with our burger, sausage, and mini buns, are light and airy with a touch of sweetness.”

And beyond being delicious and lending exceptional taste and texture to a sandwich or snack, Pretzilla products have the healthy characteristics today’s today’s consumers crave.

“Today’s consumers are looking for certain brand attributes. Our products are kosher and vegan-certified,” Brian continues. “It’s produced in an allergen-free facility, and it’s clean label.”

And Brian tells me the company is continuing to focus on innovation, addressing food trends head on with new product offerings targeted toward snackers.

“We recently introduced two new SKUs,” Brian surmises, noting that the company’s new pretzel bites—available in six-count and 36-count sizes—are ideal for snacking or serving while entertaining.
