Founded in 1922 by Valley Lahvosh Baking Company by Gazair Saghatelian, Inc. has its roots in Fresno, California. Saghatelian was a master baker back in his home country of Armenia, and well known for creating his deliciously different breads and crackerbreads. Today, his daughter Janet and granddaughter Agnes continue on the family’s traditions of creating nutritious and delicious lahvosh products.
