Two new leaders will soon be utilizing their expertise at Amy's Kitchen. Naming a new Chief Growth Officer and a Chief Financial Officer, the company is setting itself on a path for growth.
Mel Cash steps into the new role of Chief Growth Officer with previous experience from Kellogg and Nestlé North America. While at Kellogg, Cash honed her skills at senior management, effectively leading the Special K and Morningstar brands. While at Nestlé, she most recently served as Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer and worked on elevating the Stouffer’s and Sweet Earth brands.
"We are thrilled to welcome Mel to our Senior Leadership Team. Her stellar track record and industry acumen make her the ideal leader to drive our sales, marketing, and communications efforts forward," remarked Paul Schiefer, President.
Leanne Molter will step into the Chief Financial Officer role. She will succeed Peter Wong after his retirement in June. According to a press release, Leanne previously served as Chief Transformation and Strategy Officer at Amy’s, and has been instrumental in shaping Amy’s Kitchen's business strategy and spearheading financial transformation initiatives.
