A two-day event will bring forth discussions regarding critical regulatory and research updates, recent marketing efforts, and the momentum of California’s extra virgin olive oil landscape as the California Olive Oil Council (COOC) prepares to host its first in-person Annual Member Meeting since 2019.
Welcoming leaders from around the industry, the event will create a space for industry members to discuss current practices and opportunities for every level in the production process, a press release explained. In addition, the organization will honor the Gold and Silver medalists of its annual Olive Oil Competition.
Members of the California olive oil industry are encouraged to attend, and registration is open until Wednesday, February 7. Tickets are priced at $600 each, including admission to all panels, seminars, and events offered.
