Family-owned maker Carandini is expanding its presence in the United States Market. As one of the oldest makers of certified Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, having began in 1641, the company is now building out its Stateside portfolio with the nationwide launch of its Organic Silver Leaf Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
This medium-density Balsamic Vinegar of Modena contains 31 percent organic grape must and organic wine vinegar, offering a well-rounded flavor and acidity. Exuding a mahogany color and rich perfume, the versatile ingredient is an excellent companion for salads, vegetables, meat, fish, vinaigrettes, and more, a press release explained.
Specific varieties of organic grapes sustainably grown in Modena, Italy, are picked at the peak of ripeness, crushed, pressed, and mixed with an exclusive recipe of organic wine vinegar. The product matures in select wood barrels in a controlled environment before being analyzed and approved for bottling. Carandini’s Silver Leaf Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena also carries the prestigious Protected Geographical Indication.
Carandini’s products are all made in Modena, Italy, and are regulated by the Consortium for the Protection of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Carandini Silver Leaf Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is reportedly now available at Walmart and other national retailers.
Keep an eye out for this growing brand as it continues to cement its Stateside footprint.
