With just four days left until the upcoming International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA) trade show in Anaheim, California, the excitement is palpable. Adding to the anticipation, Deli Star Corporation has announced it will be launching its new Revel Fresh Sous Vide™ brand at the event, giving attendees a special taste of the flavorful offerings included in the line.

The whole-muscle proteins support Deli Star’s commitment to a fresh, never-frozen model, and they have a 120-day refrigerated shelf-life to prove it.
