ENZO’S TABLE and ENZO Olive Oil are rocking the snack and bakery aisles as the brands roll out their new granola, Clovis Crunch. I tapped Vincent Ricchiuti, Founder and Director of Operations, to get a little more insight into this tasty treat.
“Our new Clovis Crunch granola is a new way for us to highlight some of ENZO’S best estate-grown ingredients, such as our nonpareil California almonds and award-winning ENZO Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil,” he tells me.
The fourth generation farming family behind ENZO’S TABLE and ENZO Olive Oil launched this crunch-worthy and handcrafted product using small batches made in-house at ENZO'S TABLE bakery. Clovis Crunch is packed with quality ingredients grown by the Ricchiuti family.
“We’re excited to continue expanding our bakery offerings and create more delicious snacks and treats that are equally perfect for snacking solo as they are for baking and sharing with friends and family,” Vincent adds.
Clovis Crunch Granola is a slow-roasted, delicious, and naturally nutritious snack that is dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan friendly. The new product is available for purchase for an SRP of $14.95 online; in the company’s Clovis, California, retail stores; and at select specialty food shops nationwide such as Grist & Toll (California), Sun River Gardens (Utah), and Look’s Market (South Dakota).
