IDDBA is well-known for producing collaborations that wow attendees, and the latest partnership between Fromager d'Affinois and Clyde's Donuts is no different. Facilitated through agent, Interval, another IDDBA member, the partnership is a fun and flavorful way to explore how bakery and dairy can come together.
“As the specialty cheese industry continues to evolve, we’re seeing our cheeses take on new roles in consumers’ lives—not just on a cheese board, but in snacking, quick meals, and even in sweet pairings,” shared Fromager d'Affinois in a statement sent to Deli Market News. “Our recent partnership with Clyde’s Donuts is a fun example of how cheese can surprise and delight in unexpected ways.”
Highlighting Clyde’s indulgent treats alongside Fromager d’Affinois’ new 150 g pre-packed range in Double Cream, Triple Cream, and Truffle, two indulgent sandwiches will be available for tasting.
“At Clyde’s, we’re rethinking the role of the donut with our bold ‘donut as an ingredient’ platform,” the company shared with DMN. “Our partnership with Fromager d’Affinois—a fellow IDDBA member—grew from a shared passion for culinary creativity. Together, we’ve cooked up two craveable recipes that tap into the trending sweet-and-savory and sweet-cream-berry flavor profiles.”
