Kravitz Delicatessen Preps for Corned Beef Fest 2023

YOUNGSTOWN, OH
Tuesday, March 7th, 2023

Come one, come all to Kravitz Delicatessen’s annual Corned Beef Fest! The industry operator is celebrating one of its most beloved offerings in the lead-up to St. Patrick’s Day, and you won’t want to miss out on the many activities taking place.

Corned beef has been the staple of the Kravitz menu for more than 80 years. Therefore, Matthew Rydarowicz, Owner, thinks the meat should be honored, and the St. Patrick’s Day celebration gives him the perfect time frame to do it.

Every year, the local deli sells more than 40,000 pounds of pickled, boiled beef briskets through its deli packages, sandwiches, famous Reubens, and deli trays, a press release stated. Kravitz projects it will sell nearly 4,000 pounds of corned beef in just one week, which is nearly 9 percent of the deli’s annual corned beef sales.

At the festival, Kravitz will serve traditional corned beef and cabbage dinners, Guinness Stout Stew, leprechaun-approved brownies, and XXL sandwiches. Meatless Reubens and cabbage dinners will also be added to the menu.
