That’s a wrap, folks! The Winter Fancy Food Show has come to a close, but the plethora of unique products showcased there live on, like Laura Chenel’s new Mango Habanero Fresh Goat Cheese 4 oz Log.

It serves as a reminder of our tireless mission to make the highest quality and innovative goat cheese products on the market.”
Hitting the show floor from January 15–17, the Laura Chenel team gave those in attendance a preview of the new product that will be the eighth offering in the brand’s line of 4 oz flavored logs.
The flavor was developed in collaboration with chefs from the Culinary Institute of America’s (CIA) consulting team at The CIA at Copia in Napa, California, a release explained. It features ingredients that speak to the culinary influences of Sonoma while meeting shopper demand for sweet heat.
